Responsibilities As A Colleague

  • The organisation policies employees need to consider
Tasks:
  • How Do We Create A Positive Culture In Our Organisation?
  • How Will We Support & Promote Wellbeing In The Organisation Going Forward?
Additional Task:
  • Discuss & draft a personal action plan to assess the changes that you can make as an individual, as a team member & as part of our organisation going forward.
  • The HR suite will provide assistance with this so that the individual will have a completed action plan to take home on the day.

Course Duration:

  • 10.00 - 13.00
