Course Aims

On completion of this course participants will have an increased understanding of the need for certain policies in the workplace, the differences in a grievance procedure and a disciplinary procedure, be familiar with how to a work culture impacts on the behaviour of staff members and have knowledge of how to respond appropriately to bullying and harassment within the workplace.
