Management Development Programme


Managers, Emerging Managers, Business Owners


This informative and interactive modular development programme is specifically targeted at managers, to further develop and enhance core management skills, with a focus on coaching and the GROW model as the core for developing a coaching culture in organisations. Learners will be required to complete an Online Personality Questionnaire prior to commencing the programme. This will form the foundation of the development programme and will be referenced throughout the 3 modules:
Module 1 – Self-Development
Module 2 – Managing for Success
Module 3 - Coaching


This course will be delivered virtually, and the facilitator will introduce group discussions on the above topics, which will be focused on best practice articles, and video clips.
Learners will be required to complete pre-reading in advance of some of the modules.


Upon completion of this modular development programme learners will:
Complete an Online Personality Profile (OPQ) generating a report which will give invaluable insight into how the learner behaves in the workplace under 3 key areas.
This report will indicate areas for development for the learner, which can be built on and developed as they navigate their way through the 3 modules.
Gain an insight into their own management style at work.
Learn communication skills and asking the right questions.
Understanding of the GROW model and how it can be applied in the workplace.
