All members of a management team to understand their role in ensuring a culture of dignity and respect within the workplace.

COURSE AIMS:

On completion of this course participants will have
An increased understanding of the need for certain policies in the workplace
Understand what is and is not acceptable in the workplace in terms of conduct towards others and in general
The differences in a grievance procedure and a disciplinary procedure
Be familiar with how to a work culture impacts on the behaviour of staff members
Have knowledge of how to respond appropriately to bullying and harassment within the workplace
