Any member of staff who is involved in investigation of Bullying & Harassment claims including business owners, managers, line managers, supervisors, HR staff.

COURSE AIMS:

On completion of this course participants will have an increased
Understanding of the responsibilities of management to create and invoke a Dignity & Respect at Work procedure in line with the Code of Practice concerning the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work.
Be familiar with how to investigate Bullying & Harassment situations.
Have knowledge of how to respond appropriately to a claim of breach of Dignity & Respect.
