COURSE AIMS:

On completion of this course participants will have
An increased understanding of the need for certain policies in the workplace
An increased understanding on the new Code of Practice concerning the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work
Understand what is and is not acceptable in the workplace in terms of conduct towards others and in general
Be familiar with how a work culture impacts on the behaviour of staff members
Have knowledge of how to respond appropriately to bullying and harassment within the workplace
